Looking around again

Mikey in a moment of deep thought, or not.

It seems I have forgotten about this blog, but I think it's more of a crazy reluctance to make this a forum for feeling sorry for myself. With a new years, new beginnings, and new experiences comes new ideas that lead themselves back into new beginnings!

Though a tumultuous and busy year, it's also been really fun, and a great year for personal and professional endeavors.

My family and I have started a new business, I've set aside projects I've been working on for years, and I've gained skills I didn't even know that I'd ever need.

So with that in mind I feel that resurrecting this blog as a forum for my personal thoughts and crafting is a great thing to do, also, a great use of my time when I feel the need to get out fun and great information! I'm always working on new projects and they just float in and out of my life, so why not share that knowledge with you.  I've also started a blog with my sister called "I Get Hungry: Food Fun in Portland!" As the name would suggest, it's about food... in and around Portland.

Well, that's it for the moment, as I have a post to write for "I Get Hungry" and a whole mess of projects to work on.
